São Paulo appeals court rejects SPRIBE bid to restrict Aviator Studio Brasil

Regulation

São Paulo’s Court of Appeals rejected SPRIBE’s requests for an injunction against Aviator Studio Brasil, according to the report. The 16 April decisions allow the company to continue operating with partners including Foggo Entertainment (Blaze) while the broader trademark dispute proceeds through ordinary court proceedings. The court found substantial dispute over the trademark rights and no imminent irreparable harm warranting immediate intervention.

The decisions allow Aviator Studio Brasil and its partners to continue operating while the trademark case remains unresolved.
