Rush Street Interactive (RSI) announced on Wednesday that BetRivers had signed an exclusive partnership with Gateway Casinos & Entertainment in Alberta. The companies plan to link BetRivers’ online gambling offering with Gateway’s Edmonton properties through joint promotions and events starting this summer.

Rush Street Interactive said BetRivers’ Alberta launch, which began on 13 July, is producing about twice the population-adjusted first-time depositors and daily active users seen at the same stage in Ontario. CEO Richard Schwartz described the results as early and said the company expects a gradual build.
Rush Street Interactive reported second-quarter revenue of $393.8m, up 46% year over year, and raised its full-year outlook. The BetRivers parent now expects 2026 revenue of $1.56bn to $1.60bn and adjusted EBITDA of $245m to $265m. It also plans higher marketing spending in the second half, including in Alberta after its 13 July launch.
Barclays analyst Brandt Montour initiated coverage of Rush Street Interactive with an overweight rating and a $24 target. He cited the company's gamification across its products.
BetRivers Poker recorded Delaware revenue of $70,600 in August 2026, a 12% annual increase, citing Poker Industry PRO. The report said tracking had normalised after two months of understated figures; BetRivers’ three online casinos generated $12.9m during August.
It was reported that Rush Street Interactive finance chief Kyle Sauers attributed $35m in annualised additional revenue to the removal of Colombian emergency taxes in Q1. He discussed taxation stability at an Oppenheimer event.
