RG24seven Virtual Training, a company of BMM Innovation Group, launched RG-FRONTLINE on 21 October, an independent anti-money-laundering training programme designed for casino frontline employees, the company said. The video training is presented by gaming-industry AML specialists, takes under 20 minutes to complete and includes knowledge checks, according to the company.
The company said the programme helps employees recognise possible warning signs, understand their responsibilities and know when to report concerns. It is available in free and low-cost options for tribal and commercial operators, regulators and gaming commissions, RG24seven said.
According to the Bank Secrecy Act, known in the gaming sector as Title 31, casinos must maintain AML programmes that include training staff to identify unusual or suspicious transactions. The casino-specific regulation, 31 CFR § 1021.210, expressly includes employee training, the company said.
Wendy Anderson, CEO of RG24seven, said training gaps can expose establishments to regulatory penalties. She said RG-FRONTLINE offers practical AML guidance that operators can reinforce with their own procedures and reporting protocols.
The company said that in 2025 alone, four large Las Vegas Strip operators received combined regulatory fines of $32.3m from the state of Nevada for failures in their anti-money-laundering protocols. The company said those penalties reinforce that compliance goes beyond written policies and completed training records.
Anderson said the programme is in line with RG24seven's mission to make industry training accessible. The company said operators can request a demonstration through its website or by email.
