Polymarket has agreed to become Liga MX’s official and exclusive prediction market partner in the United States, reportedly. Its markets are due to launch for eligible US users with the 2026-27 season in July, while Genius Sports will supply official data and integrity information-sharing services.

Polymarket became the ATP Tour’s official prediction market provider under an agreement with Tennis Data Innovations, the parties said. The deal gives Polymarket exclusive streaming rights for ATP Tour and ATP Challenger Tour matches within the prediction market category, with coverage of about 20,000 matches per season. Sportradar will distribute official real-time match data and odds.
Gemini and Apex Fintech Solutions signed a letter of intent to distribute Gemini’s crypto event contracts to brokerage customers. Under the proposed arrangement, Gemini Titan would be the exclusive CFTC-regulated venue for crypto contracts offered through Apex’s Futures Commission Merchant, while other contract categories could be developed on a non-exclusive basis. The deal makes Novig the team's exclusive official prediction market partner, with the platform to appear in-ballpark, in broadcast and on digital and social media. The agreement follows Novig's designation as an MLB Authorized Prediction Market.
Reportedly, Coinbase agreed with the MGCB to suspend Michigan prediction market operations, with a 10 October deadline to stop new event contracts and close existing positions. Michigan agreed to withhold enforcement while Coinbase complies and related appeals proceed before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Under an arrangement with the Michigan Gaming Control Board, Coinbase will halt its prediction market business in the state. New event contracts must cease and existing positions must be unwound by 10 October, the MGCB said. According to the board, no enforcement action will be pursued against the company so long as it stays compliant and appeals proceed at the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Genius Sports raised its 2026 revenue forecast to $1.015bn-$1.035bn and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $287m-$297m, following Q3 partnerships with Kalshi and Polymarket. The company reported Q3 revenue of $269.9m and adjusted EBITDA of $87.1m, while its year-to-date net loss was $147.9m; CEO Mark Locke said the business was benefiting from its combined scale after acquiring Legend.
