Gemini and Apex plan crypto prediction-market brokerage distribution deal
Gemini and Apex Fintech Solutions signed a letter of intent to distribute Gemini’s crypto event contracts to brokerage customers. Under the proposed arrangement, Gemini Titan would be the exclusive CFTC-regulated venue for crypto contracts offered through Apex’s Futures Commission Merchant, while other contract categories could be developed on a non-exclusive basis. The companies expect to finalise details in the coming weeks.
The proposed deal could distribute Gemini crypto event contracts through Apex-connected brokerages, subject to finalising the arrangement.
