Playtech raises 2026 EBITDA guidance to at least €270 million

Deals & M&A

Playtech said adjusted EBITDA for the first half of 2026 is expected to exceed €155 million, with growth driven by the Americas and steady results in parts of Europe. It raised full-year guidance to at least €270 million, while warning that second-half earnings would be lower because Hard Rock Digital revenue is expected to stabilise and UK Remote Gaming Duty has increased. Chief executive Mor Weizer said the US partnership with Hard Rock Digital contributed significantly to profitability and cash flow.

Investors can weigh Playtech’s raised annual guidance against its expected lower second-half earnings.

End-of-day close Playtech (PTEC), GBp, to 21 August 2026
