Piauí regulates allocation of sports betting revenue to state sport
Piauí’s State Secretariat of Sports began managing fixed-odds betting revenue allocated to sport after the state published regulations in its official gazette on 17 March. The rules require the funds to be used for state sports policy, subject to budget provisions, and require public disclosure of revenue, returns and spending.
