Pedro Kemp proposes limits on betting advertising at publicly funded events
Mato Grosso do Sul lawmaker Pedro Kemp introduced a bill that would bar the state government from hiring artists, influencers and speakers who advertise betting companies for events funded wholly or partly with state resources. The proposal would also prohibit betting advertising in state-managed public spaces and is due for review by legislative committees.
If approved, the bill would restrict betting companies’ advertising access to state-funded events and public facilities.
