ADM caps paid digital at 35% of responsible gambling campaign budgets

Regulation

Italy's ADM has set rules for online concessionaires' responsible gambling campaigns. Paid social and other digital channels may take no more than 35% of each campaign's budget, with television, radio and print prioritised. The cap covers paid sponsorship of information campaigns, not operator communications generally.

Online operators must rebalance campaign spending towards broadcast and print while keeping paid digital within a fixed share of each budget.
