People moves

NorthStar Gaming dismissed chairman and chief executive Michael Moskowitz and appointed Corey Goodman as interim CEO and Dean MacDonald as chairman. Goodman is the company’s chief development officer and general counsel, while MacDonald has served on its board since 2023. Director and audit committee chair Barry Shafran also departed immediately; the company said it was seeking a new independent director.

NorthStar’s leadership changes come as the company warns it may lack funds to finance operations and meet minimum liquidity requirements.
