New York lawmakers propose monthly betting statements for sportsbook customers

Regulation

New York Assembly member Kassay introduced Assembly Bill 10329 to require authorised mobile sportsbooks to send customers monthly account statements. The proposed reports would cover deposits, wagers, results, time logged in and bonuses, and would be due within 15 days of each month’s end. The bill remains before the Assembly Racing and Wagering Committee and, if passed, would take effect on 1 January 2027.

If enacted, the bill would require New York sportsbooks to provide customers with regular, detailed activity records.
