New York Senate advances monthly sports betting statement bill to governor

Regulation

New York’s Senate unanimously approved Assembly Bill A10329 on Tuesday, sending it to Governor Kathy Hochul for consideration. The proposal would require licensed online sportsbooks to send customers monthly activity statements within 15 days of each month’s end, with expanded reporting beginning on 1 January 2027.

Operators would need to provide customers with regular reports on wagering, spending and account activity if the bill becomes law.
