New York bill would require monthly betting activity reports
New York Assembly Bill A10329, introduced by Rebecca Kassay, would require licensed mobile sportsbooks to provide customers with monthly activity statements. The reports would detail deposits, wagers, wins and losses, time spent on betting apps and promotional credits; operators would have up to 15 days after each month to send them. The bill is before the Assembly’s Racing and Wagering Committee and would take effect on 1 January 2027 if adopted.
The proposal would add recurring reporting and responsible-gambling information requirements for licensed mobile sportsbooks.
