New York lawmakers propose monthly betting account statements
New York Assemblymember Anna Kassay introduced Assembly Bill 10329 on 24 February, proposing monthly electronic account statements for licensed mobile sports betting customers. The statements would detail deposits, wagers, net performance and time logged in, and be sent within 15 days after each month; the bill was referred to the Assembly Racing and Wagering Committee.
If enacted, operators would need to deliver detailed monthly activity statements and lifetime wagering histories to bettors.
