Nevada Gaming Commission weighs Citro petition to leave exclusion list
The Nevada Gaming Commission is due to consider Francis Citro Jr’s petition to remove him from its excluded-persons list, reportedly, at a hearing on Thursday. Citro, added in 1991, says bias and his refusal to cooperate with police contributed to his exclusion; removal would allow him to perform in casinos.
A decision could change whether Nevada casinos may host a performer currently barred under the exclusion list.
