Nevada Gaming Commission grants executive licences to MGM and Venetian leaders
Nevada’s Gaming Commission unanimously approved key executive licences for MGM Resorts CFO Jonathan Halkyard and Venetian CEO Patrick Nichols on Thursday, according to the report. Both had held their corporate roles provisionally while their applications underwent background checks; commissioners also questioned Nichols about compliance practices.
The approvals remove provisional status for two executives with influence over regulated casino operations in Nevada.
