Nevada Gaming Commission grants Parag Vora gaming licence

Licences & markets

Nevada's Gaming Commission granted HG Vora founder Parag Vora a gaming licence after a 2-1 vote, following a recommendation from the Nevada Gaming Control Board. The decision came five months after HG Vora settled its dispute with Penn Entertainment, agreeing not to own more than 5% of the casino operator.

The licence clears a regulatory requirement for Vora's gaming investments and ownership interests in Nevada-connected companies.
