Nevada Gaming Commission considers Sun Valley Casino licence for Hobey’s

Licences & markets

Sun Valley Casino, a partnership managed by Mike Pegram, is seeking a slot-only licence to take over Hobey’s Casino in Sun Valley, Nevada. The Nevada Gaming Control Board recommended a two-year licence, and the Nevada Gaming Commission is scheduled to consider the application on 18 December. Pegram said the group plans cosmetic changes and about 25 additional slot machines.

The application would enable the partnership to operate Hobey’s and add slots if regulators approve the licence.
