Mohawk Council withdraws from Supreme Court iGaming liquidity appeal

Regulation

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke has decided not to seek leave to intervene in the Supreme Court of Canada appeal over Ontario’s ability to pool peer-to-peer iGaming liquidity internationally. The Council said other intervenors would sufficiently represent its perspective and that further participation was not the best use of its resources.

The withdrawal removes the Council as a prospective intervenor in a case concerning Ontario’s international iGaming liquidity model.
