Massachusetts Gaming Commission launches PlayWell responsible-gambling programme
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission launched PlayWell in Massachusetts on 27 March, replacing its GameSense responsible-gambling and player-health programme. The commission said the service is available at casinos, online and by phone, with hubs opening at every casino; administration will be managed by the Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health.
Operators must make the new player-health programme visible at Massachusetts casinos and sports-wagering platforms.
