Louisiana board extends DraftKings licence conditionally through February 2027
The Louisiana Gaming Control Board conditionally extended DraftKings’ sports betting authorisation through 19 February 2027, allowing investigators more time to examine allegations about AI use and responsible gambling practices. The board set a full renewal hearing for 18 February 2027; its chairman said the extension was not a finding of wrongdoing.
DraftKings’ continued Louisiana authorisation remains conditional while the allegations are investigated.
