Licences & markets

Source: Indiana Gaming Commission (IN)

The Indiana Gaming Commission says applicants for a paid fantasy sports operator licence must pay a non-refundable $50,000 application fee. The commission may raise the initial fee to $75,000 to cover division costs; permanent licences are subject to a suitability investigation and require annual renewal for $5,000.

Operators considering Indiana must account for the stated application and annual renewal fees when assessing licensing requirements.
