Boot Hill extends DraftKings sports betting agreement through 2030
Butler National subsidiary BHCMC extended Boot Hill Casino’s sports wagering management contract with the Kansas Lottery and its commercial agreement with DraftKings through 2030. Butler National said the Lottery contract received a three-year extension, while the DraftKings arrangement was extended for ten years with updated commercial terms. The DraftKings agreement remains subject to Boot Hill’s management authority under the Lottery contract.
The extensions secure the contractual basis for Boot Hill’s sports wagering operations and DraftKings’ online and mobile offering through 2030.
