Lottopar outlines Paraná lottery controls at BiS Brasília

Paraná state lottery authority Lottopar presented its operational and technological controls at the BiS Brasília 2026 forum on 2 June, according to the authority's account. Operations director Fábio Veiga said digital instant lottery products sold through a concessionaire's video lottery terminals are subject to certification, monitoring and inspection.

The presentation describes compliance and oversight requirements for lottery products operated in Paraná.

Minas Gerais lottery outlines R$650m minimum bid for digital gaming concession

Loteria do Estado de Minas Gerais held a public hearing on 31 March in Belo Horizonte to discuss a future concession for integrated online and in-person gaming. The proposed international tender would set a minimum bid of R$650m and require the winning company to pay R$18.27m upfront; estimated market turnover over 25 years is R$15.47bn. The authority said it would review hearing contributions before finalising the tender notice, expected in the coming months.
