Liberia Lottery Authority says prediction markets are licensed under gaming framework
Liberia’s National Lottery Authority said prediction markets are licensed under the country’s International Gaming Licence framework. The authority said the framework covers business-to-consumer and business-to-business operators, including platform owners, technology suppliers, aggregators and retail operators.
The framework sets licensing conditions for operators and suppliers seeking to offer prediction-market services under Liberia’s gaming system.
