Lazio court annuls Viterbo video lottery licence over distance checks
The Lazio Regional Administrative Court annulled a Viterbo police-issued video lottery licence in a ruling dated 21 April 2026. It found that the new operation could not rely on an exemption for existing businesses and sent the matter back to the Questura di Viterbo for checks under regional distance rules. The court dismissed the appeal concerning betting activity as inadmissible.
