The Lazio Regional Administrative Court rejected a betting company’s request to suspend the Rome police authority’s refusal of a licence for a betting venue. In an order deposited on 9 June 2026, the court said the case warranted a full hearing but found the claimed economic loss did not justify urgent relief. It scheduled the merits hearing for 10 November 2026.
