KSA warns VBET parent SCGO Limited over anti-money laundering shortcomings

Enforcement & compliance

The Dutch Gambling Authority (KSA) warned SCGO Limited, VBET’s parent company, after an anti-money laundering review that began in April 2025. The KSA identified gaps in risk assessments, transaction monitoring and player records, and said VBET cooperated with a remediation plan. VBET said it had addressed the findings and would follow the authority’s recommendations.

The warning identifies compliance weaknesses that may affect VBET’s operations in the Dutch online gambling market.
