Ksa opens Dutch exclusive horse-racing totalizer licence applications in January

The Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) will open applications on 4 January 2027 for the Netherlands’ next exclusive licence for land-based horse-racing pool betting, with submissions closing on 31 January. The current licence, held by ZEbetting & Gaming, expires on 30 June 2027; the next term will run to 30 June 2032. Applicants must pay a non-refundable €40,900 fee, and if multiple applicants pass the initial requirements review, a notary will select the winner by draw.
