J&J Gaming completes Curo asset acquisition and seeks Nevada financing approval
J&J Gaming has acquired The Curo Group’s assets in Illinois and Nebraska, according to the report. The Nevada Gaming Commission is due to consider the company’s request for approval to issue or redeem non-voting preferred equity units. J&J said the Curo transaction contributed more than $30 million in earnings and strengthened its sales operation.
The pending approval could give J&J Gaming more flexibility to raise funding from approved members.
