Greentube completes Kingsbet acquisition subject to regulatory approval in Czech Republic
Greentube announced the full acquisition of Czech sportsbook and casino operator Kingsbet CZ, subject to customary conditions including regulatory approval. The Czech Ministry of Finance reported 2025 gambling revenue of CZK 68 billion, with online gambling accounting for 59.2% of the total.
