The Santa Catarina Court of Justice suspended a precautionary freeze on Ana Gaming Brasil S.A.'s bank accounts, according to a report on the decision. The appellate ruling said the provisional measure did not by itself justify asset seizure and found no demonstrated concrete risk of concealed or diverted assets.
