IBIA reported 76 alerts concerning suspected betting activity across nine sports in the second quarter of 2026 and said it had referred them to relevant authorities. Football accounted for 25 alerts, or 33% of the total. The report also cited an investment of C$300,000 with members bet365, Betway and FanDuel for athlete education in Canada.
