Regulation

New Jersey’s internet gaming revenue increased 4.4% year on year to $259.3 million in August, according to figures released by the Division of Gaming Enforcement. Sports wagering revenue fell 25% to $61.4 million, which the DGE attributed mainly to the later start of some fall sports and a lower overall win percentage.

The monthly figures show divergent revenue trends across New Jersey’s online casino and sports wagering sectors.
