High Roller signs non-binding Kindbridge agreement ahead of Ontario entry
High Roller Technologies said it had signed a non-binding letter of intent with Kindbridge Behavioral Health concerning support for self-excluding players if High Roller enters Ontario. The plan depends on High Roller obtaining an Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario licence, signing an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario and launching in the province. The company has applied for a licence but has not received one, according to the report.
The proposed support arrangement is conditional on High Roller securing Ontario approval and completing its market-entry steps.
