AGCO outlines signs of intoxication for Ontario establishments

Ontario's Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) outlines signs that customers may be intoxicated by alcohol, cannabis, other substances or a combination. It says signs can appear in different sequences or clusters and reminds operators that smoking or vaping is prohibited in enclosed public places and workplaces, including AGCO-licensed establishments.
The guidance gives licensed establishments indicators to monitor when assessing customer intoxication and smoking restrictions.
