Gaming Compliance International acquires Yield Sec for undisclosed sum
Gaming Compliance International (GCI) acquired Yield Sec, the companies said, for an undisclosed sum. GCI plans to integrate Yield Sec’s platform, processes and team into its operations. Yield Sec founder and chief executive Ismail Vali will become GCI president, following Matt Holt’s appointment as GCI chief executive in September 2025.
