Reportedly, Former Gambling Commission executive Tim Miller is targeting illegal gambling through a new consultancy. Miller cautioned against repeated tax increases and blanket prohibitions.

Tim Miller, former executive director for policy and research at the UK Gambling Commission, has launched an international advisory firm, GamReg Consulting, the company said in a statement on Wednesday. The firm is intended to help governments and regulators address changes in the global gambling industry and the illegal gambling market.
