FDJ United signals interest in Austria’s 15-year lottery licence
FDJ United is interested in competing for Austria’s lottery licence, Giovanna D’Esposito, its chief international lotteries officer, said. She said the company’s participation would depend on the tender terms and that it was in advanced talks with two or three potential partners. The tender is expected this autumn, with bidders required to pay €40 million to enter.
The tender’s €40 million entry requirement and 15-year term shape the cost and duration of any bid.
