FanDuel Predicts is adding sports, entertainment and combination event contracts through a partnership with Crypto.com's OG Prediction Markets, according to the companies. Customers are expected to see contracts from OG Prediction Markets and CME Group this week, coinciding with the start of the World Cup.
The partnership expands the event-contract range available to FanDuel Predicts customers.

Caesars Entertainment expanded its agreement with the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians, the Mi’kmaq Nation and the Penobscot Nation in Maine, the company said. The agreement supports a possible launch later this year, subject to regulatory approval, with Caesars planning three online casino brands. Caesars also committed to workforce development and financial support for tribal community programmes.
Sportradar reported that US revenue rose 47% year on year to €98m in Q3 2026, which the company attributed partly to growing demand from prediction-market businesses. Chief executive Carsten Koerl said the impact of states excluding markets was not material to the company, citing contract terms that restrict content use where those products cannot be offered.

DraftKings launched its DraftKings Predictions app in December 2025 and introduced its DKeX contracts market on 26 June 2026, according to the report. The company developed DKeX using technology and authorisations obtained through its acquisition of Railbird Technologies; the report also says a US professional basketball league expanded its agreement with DraftKings on 26 October to cover prediction markets.
DraftKings is developing its own event-contracts platform and expanding its presence in prediction markets, where it competes with platforms including Polymarket and Kalshi. The Boston-based company, listed on Nasdaq, operates through the independent group DraftKings Inc., which also owns Golden Nugget Online Gaming, acquired in 2022, and the digital lottery platform Jackpocket. Golden Nugget Online Gaming forms part of the group's online casino business, while the physical Golden Nugget casinos were excluded from that acquisition.
DraftKings is promoting its DraftKings Predictions platform in California and pursuing expansion in Georgia, Texas and Florida, according to the report. The article says prediction-market operators argue their products fall under Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulation rather than state gambling laws, a position disputed by some state regulators. It also reports that the debate has divided the gambling industry.
Reportedly, DraftKings is increasing prediction market advertising in some of the largest US markets without legal sports betting. The campaign push comes ahead of the NFL season starting on 9 September.
