Enjoy asks Chilean regulator to end Los Ángeles casino permit
Enjoy asked Chile’s Superintendencia de Casinos de Juego to terminate its casino operating permit in Los Ángeles, which runs until 30 July 2038. The company said the request followed a shareholder resolution; the regulator’s Resolutive Council must decide, and, if approved, the change would take effect after a three-year period from publication of the authorising resolution.
Enjoy’s permit would end only if the regulator approves termination, with the change taking effect after a three-year period.
