Enjoy creditors sell Gran Hotel Pucón for USD 16.36 million
Enjoy’s creditors sold Gran Hotel Pucón to Inversiones Gran Pucón SpA for 372,342 UF, equivalent to CLP 15.216 billion or USD 16.36 million, as part of Enjoy’s financial reorganisation. The buyer was identified in media reports as linked to former Enjoy executives and to Casino Volcán Pucón, the sole bidder for the casino operating permit in the commune.
The sale advances Enjoy’s financial reorganisation and places the hotel with a buyer reportedly linked to the casino permit bidder.
