DraftKings said it is rolling out a Spanish-language experience in its Sportsbook & Casino app, initially to selected existing customers in Ontario and the US. The company said access will expand to all customers in the coming weeks, with Spanish-language features planned across the platform.
The rollout gives Ontario customers access to Spanish-language betting and casino services through the app.

Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario says lottery retailers must follow sales standards, including restrictions that took effect on 1 June 2012. Retailers must not sell tickets to people who appear intoxicated or to specified gaming, retail, supplier and AGCO personnel.
Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) published visitor guidance on 9 June 2026 for the summer football tournament. It says the minimum age for casinos, online gambling and sports betting is 19, and visitors need valid physical identification; online bets must use a regulated Ontario site or app.
DraftKings said it plans to offer online sports betting and casino in Alberta from the province’s anticipated 13 July market launch, subject to licensing and regulatory approval. The company has opened pre-registration, but it declined to clarify whether its Alberta plans include Golden Nugget Online Casino as well as DraftKings Sportsbook and Casino.
DraftKings lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $6.35 billion-$6.55 billion, from $6.5 billion-$6.9 billion previously, and reported a third-quarter adjusted EBITDA loss of $317 million. The company said more than 1.6 million customers had used its predictions offering year-to-date and expected 2026 predictions investment of at least $650 million; its shares fell about 22% in Thursday after-hours trading after the results.

DraftKings CEO Jason Robins defended the company’s planned prediction-markets investment on its third-quarter earnings call. The company projects adjusted EBITDA investment of $900m to $1.05bn across 2026 and 2027, and Robins said customer acquisition costs could take about 41 months to recover if the Supreme Court bars sports event contracts in July 2028.
