DraftKings said on 11 February that it had secured an extension to its exclusive sports betting agreement with the New Hampshire Lottery. The extension keeps DraftKings as the state’s sole online sports betting operator, according to the company’s announcement.
The extension preserves DraftKings’ exclusive online sports betting position in New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Lottery reported that sports wagering in the state rose 41% in June to $71.1 million.
New Hampshire Lottery sports betting fell 1% year on year to $60.9 million in May, the report said.
New Hampshire sports betting handle rose 5% in March to $81.3 million, reportedly. Mobile wagers accounted for $76.7 million of the total.
New Hampshire recorded $845m in sports betting handle in 2025, according to a published revenue tracker. The tracker says DraftKings is the state's sole mobile operator under a lottery-run model and that reported figures combine online and retail wagering unless otherwise specified by the regulator.
New Hampshire Lottery reported sports betting revenue of $13.9 million in November, 33% higher than in 2024. The report described the figure as a record.
