Arizona and Colorado reported lower sports betting handle in March, according to state figures cited in the report. Arizona’s handle fell 5.7% year on year to $836.9 million, while Colorado’s declined 9% to $560.9 million; tax revenue rose in both states. Arizona’s Department of Gaming said it did not attribute the decline to any single factor.

Iowa sports wagering revenue rose 55.98% year on year to $24.57m in March 2026, while casino revenue fell 2.07% to $151.53m, according to figures provided to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission. The month included the full opening of Bally's Marquette landside casino, which posted an 83.8% revenue increase.
Connecticut’s three licensed operators recorded $217 million in sports betting handle and $17 million in gross gaming revenue in March 2026, according to data from the Department of Consumer Protection. FanDuel led DraftKings by $3,098,986 in handle, while Fanatics Sportsbook accepted $50 million in wagers; state tax receipts were $2 million.
