DC Lottery launches online sales platform in Washington, DC
The DC Lottery launched its DC iLottery platform in Washington, DC, offering online purchases and play. Players can access Powerball, Mega Millions and electronic scratch games, with other lottery games planned for the platform by the end of 2021. The Lottery said the service uses geolocation and includes account limits and self-exclusion tools.
The launch adds an online sales channel for DC Lottery games, subject to location checks and player safeguards.
