The Colorado Senate approved Senate Bill 131 in a 20-15 vote during the closing days of the 2026 session and sent it to Governor Jared Polis. The bill would bar credit card deposits for betting, limit daily account funding frequency and prohibit operators or marketing affiliates from targeting advertising at people under 21; Polis has 30 days to act.
