Colombia’s Council of State confirms partial suspension of Coljuegos advertising rules
Colombia’s Council of State made its partial suspension of provisions in Coljuegos’ 2023 advertising resolution final after no appeal was filed by the deadline. The suspended provisions include a 20% cap on advertising spending relative to operator income, reporting duties and specified sanctions; the underlying case remains ongoing.
Licensed online operators no longer face the suspended advertising limits and reporting duties while the case continues.
