Coljuegos opens claims channel for bingocasinos.co users with pending balances

Coljuegos has opened a channel for users of bingocasinos.co who have pending balances or prizes to claim, allowing them to submit a request for a review of their case, the regulator said in a bulletin dated 16 October 2026. Applicants must email the entity with a copy of their identity document and a bank certificate issued no more than 30 days before, according to the notice. Coljuegos said it will then carry out the corresponding review under the applicable procedures.

The claims channel follows Coljuegos' declaration that the concession contract with BITIA S.A.S., the operator of bingocasinos.co, had expired because of serious breaches of its financial obligations. The decision was taken in Resolution 20260007594 of 24 April 2026 and became final on 7 July 2026 after the operator's appeal for reconsideration was resolved, the regulator said. Coljuegos ordered the contract terminated and the immediate suspension of the operator's games of chance and luck activities, and BITIA S.A.S. is barred from contracting with the state for five years.

Coljuegos also warned users that no official of the entity will contact them to ask for money, passwords, verification codes or banking information in connection with the procedure. It advised users not to share personal or financial information with third parties who promise to speed up the process or guarantee the return of money, and to use only the entity's official channels. The regulator said it continues to strengthen its inspection, surveillance and control mechanisms over authorised operators to encourage compliance with their obligations and protect the resources allocated to the health of Colombians.
