Adjusted operating profit, which leaves out costs of the merger project with Lottomatica, was €203m, up 11.1%. Over the first nine months, revenue rose 10% and operating profit rose 7.8%. CIRSA expects to end the year in the upper part of the range it gave the markets. The group has now recorded 73 consecutive quarters of growth against the same period of the previous year. In the second quarter, its quarterly operating profit exceeded €200m for the first time.
The company attributes the results to the strength of its operations, disciplined execution and the contribution of businesses added in recent months.
In online gaming and sports betting, amounts wagered rose 43.4%, net revenue 19% and deposits 39.4% against the same period of 2025. In Italy, CIRSA's performance was stable and in line with the market. In the casino division, CIRSA added two casinos and two gaming halls in Paraguay, its first presence in that country. It also opened a new casino in the Serrezuela shopping centre in Cartagena de Indias.
CIRSA announced its planned merger with Lottomatica in September. The company has called an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders for 30 November in Terrassa to advance the transaction.
